For over a decade, classroom technology has been a disruptive force offering opportunities for challenge and greatness. Laura Boone’s work throughout this time has evolved from teaching and fixing computers to leading implementation initiatives designed to support student self-regulation and device management in the tech enriched environment. Eventually her work shifted to partnering with educators to integrate stress management, mindfulness, and other neuroplastic education practices into their lives while teaching these skills to students, thus creating more empowered students while also tending to their own health and well-being.

Laura believes curriculum is the perfect place for learners to discover their ability to self-empower and self-regulate, thus defining and driving their own learning success. She speaks regularly with administrators and educators on these topics - for more information see www.edtechminds.com.

She is proud to be AzTEA’s President Elect, an ISTE Certified Trainer, and to have recently earned the CETL designation.
