Laura Wilson, Master of Arts in Child and Adolescent Literacy

With an extensive 22 years of experience in education, Laura has had the privilege of making significant contributions to the field. At present, she holds the esteemed position of Coordinator III with Instructional Technology Outreach (ITO) at the Los Angeles County Office of Education (LACOE). But before taking on this role, she spent over two decades honing her skills in various educational and leadership roles, such as teaching, literacy work, curriculum development, and senior program specialization.

Beyond her primary responsibilities, she is deeply passionate about adult education and devotedly serves as an ESL teacher, sharing knowledge and helping adult learners achieve their goals. Her academic journey has led me to earn an M.A. in Child and Adolescent Literacy from Loyola Marymount University, which has further enriched her expertise in the field.
