John is a seasoned instructional designer with a passion for innovative learning experiences. With two decades of experience, a B.S. in Developmental Psychology, and an M.Ed. in Instructional Design, he brings a unique blend of expertise. John excels in creating cutting-edge, immersive educational technology solutions. He champions the use of VR and AI to meet the diverse needs of modern learners. Drawing on his global perspective from growing up in Latin America, John is eager to contribute to the future of educational technology as part of the Student Data Privacy team at the Utah State Board of Education.
