Paul Ross is the Associate Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Phoenix College, a Maricopa Community College. Mr. Ross has served as the Executive Director of PHX DECC and Chief Architect/Implementation Agent and Principal Investigator with the NSF on internship and externship workforce opportunities, and NTIA Connecting Minority Communities. PHX DECC is designed to close the digital divide with partnerships between the City of Phoenix, Phoenix College, Phoenix Union High School District, and Elementary Districts.
Mr. Ross presented at the First International Conference on ePortfolios, France; First International Conference on Pedagogies and Learning: New Meanings for a New Millennium, Australia; and at Educause, ISTE, and state edtech conferences.
Mr. Ross has a Master of Applied Science - Technology Management from the University of Denver. With a professional Superintendent License (Ohio) and pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in General Psychology, emphasizing Integrating Learning and Technology.
