Neal Richardson, CISM, CISSP, CDPSE, GCCC, GMOB, GCIH, GCIA, GSEC

As the Director of Technology at Hillsboro-Deering School District, Neal Richardson is in charge of strategic planning, tactical action, and operational decision-making to fulfill the mission of the IT department. He develops comprehensive information security policies, procedures, and plans to protect the school district from known and unknown threats.
Neal is actively involved in the K-12 technology and cybersecurity community, where he has helped many districts improve their cybersecurity strategies and has spoken during conferences and virtual events including the inaugural CISA National Summit on K-12 School Safety and Security.
Neal is a co-chair of the MS-ISAC K12 working Group, COSN Cybersecurity Advisory, K12Six Controls Group, New Hampshire-State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Committee, and a US Army Veteran.
