Manny Castaneda, Master's Degree in Educational Leadership (he/him/his)

Mr. Castañeda has been in public education for 35 years and has spent all of them pushing the boundaries of technology in education. From transforming a small adult education center into one of the first Microsoft Certified public education institutions in the 1990s to leading various major software deployments, Manny, as his friends call him (and we’re all friends here), considers himself an educator first and technologist second. He currently leads the IT Operations division for Broward County Public Schools, which includes IT infrastructure, Security, and Enterprise Applications under the visionary leadership of Dr. Joe Phillips, whose views on technology and leadership have motivated Manny to step up his game.
