Adam is a well-respected business leader and entrepreneur. He received his B.A. in Economics from Columbia University and worked in investment banking at JP Morgan Chase in New York City prior to co-founding Impact Education in 2000, helping to pioneer online learning in K12 and community colleges.
After selling Impact Education, to Houghton Mifflin Harcourt (HMH) in 2010, Adam founded Nervanix, leveraging practical applications of biometric technologies (with emphasis on EEG) to help companies optimize digital learning content and human performance through sensor fusion, big data analytics and machine learning. He remains Chairman of the Board.
Currently, Adam supports large school districts in Florida and Georgia as Senior Account Executive at Microsoft.
Adam has served three terms, one as chairman, on the Board of Directors for the Software Information Industry Association (SIIA) and is an active member of the Consortium for School Networking (CoSN) where he has twice served as the auction co-chair.
He volunteer-coaches freshman football and middle school basketball at Catholic schools in his hometown of Fort Myers, FL.
He and his wife Angie are proud parents of 4.
