Dr. Rhonda Talford Knight has over 20 years of experience in working in DEI. She recently served as the first Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer at Bricker Graydon where she worked in collaboration with firm leaders, attorneys and staff, to develop inclusive policies, introduce inclusive language and practices to support firm growth, fiscally and culturally. Dr. Knight is also the founder and managing partner of The Knight Consulting Group, LLC, a professional services firm focusing on all areas of DEI services and executive coaching.
As a former middle school classroom teacher and a former teacher education professor, Dr. Knight was committed to the integration of technology in the classroom and teaching with a cultural proficiency lens. It is with this commitment and understanding of K-12 that she is excited to serve as CoSNs DEI program director.
Dr. Knight earned her doctorate degree with a focus in global studies, technology and cultural competency from The Ohio State University. A spokesperson for diversity, equity and inclusion, Dr. Knight is frequently involved in planning and presenting workshops, conferences and webinars, both nationally and internationally. When Dr. Knight is not traveling, she resides in Canal Winchester, Ohio with her family.
