Rebekah Kim is the Associate Superintendent of Teaching and Learning in the Kent School District where she oversees curriculum, instruction and school supervision. Prior to this role, she has led in a neighboring district as a school principal for 12 years and district leader in various roles for over 6 years. She brings a passion and core value for diversity and equity. Her approach to Teaching and Learning focuses on being strengths-based, student-centered and building efficient and cohesive systems. Rebekah earned her doctorate with a focus on building and fostering data literacy with equity and strength-based data systems.
